At this stage, Gift Cards can only be purchased in-store. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

A minimum of $20 can be loaded onto the Gift Card; there is no maximum amount that can be loaded.

Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the month of issue. Once the Gift Card has reached its expiry date (or has a balance of $0), it cannot be used.

Gift Cards can be used to purchase any product in all Grand Cru Wineshops, excluding purchasing another Gift Card or tobacco products.

Gift Cards cannot be used online.

Gift Card cannot be used to purchase tickets to tastings.

After a Gift Card has been issued, you cannot subsequently add or load value to it.

Treat Gift Cards like cash. We are unable to replace lost or stolen Gift Cards.

Gift Cards cannot be refunded or used to obtain cash.
