Crittenden Peninsula Chardonnay

This Chardonnay balances tradition with precision. Half the barrels underwent wild fermentation, the rest with select cultured yeasts, enhancing complexity. Iit offers a fragrant nose of ripe fig, melon and subtle toast. The palate is layered with stone fruit, citrus zest and a creamy lees influence. Savoury notes and fresh acidity drive a long, elegant finish.
